Academically, I hold a first-class honours MA in Digital Design and have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge as a lecturer at the Open University, specialising in Design. Additionally, I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, and I have further expanded my expertise by achieving a certification as a Nielsen Norman UX professional.
Beyond my professional accomplishments, I've excelled in rowing by representing England, and achieving at prestigious events such as Henley Regatta and the British National Championships. In the world of triathlon, I represented Great Britain in my age group at the Long Distance European Championships and won the Gold medal.

Within a dynamic agile team, my role encompasses a range of responsibilities. These includes in-depth research, user insights, wire-framing, user testing, and UI design.
The core objective is to conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify the most effective solutions for personalisation, future propositions and continuous improvements.

for a global platform focused on helping businesses encourage
physical activity and improve long-term employee health.
Approached by a startup seeking my expertise, I took on the task of shaping their platform with a primary goal of enabling companies to tackle both individual and team-based fitness challenges within their workforce. I developed, documented, and implemented a comprehensive Design System.
Additionally, I crafted their 'shop front,' and then focused on key areas of the platform such as the user dashboard, completed activities, and the integration of their technology with platforms like Strava and Garmin.
To further support the marketing efforts of their product, I designed and implemented a seamless login platform. Moreover, I oversaw the design iterations of the brand and efficiently managed the outsourced App development process.

Collaborating closely with the Creative Lead, I assumed a pivotal role, taking ownership and accountability for conceptualising and executing a Transformation Strategy that would shape the future of Waitrose's digital services.
As part of this journey, I produced comprehensive cross-channel journey maps that meticulously identified and mapped out all the service touchpoints, ensuring a holistic view of the customer experience.
One of the significant milestones in this transformative process involved the creation of a Design System that harnessed the latest trends in design. This resulted in a uniform and consistent approach that the entire team could seamlessly incorporate across various channels and customer touch-points.
Central to this role was a commitment to continuous improvement. The process and outcomes were continually evaluated, driving a cycle of iterative enhancements designed to elevate the NPS score and overall customer satisfaction.
Additionally, I achieved notable success in leading, managing, and expanding the digital experience team, overseeing its growth from 2 to 8 talented individuals.

As the Lead UX Consultant at HeathWallace design agency, my role centered around the transformation of Bupa's global healthcare provider portal. I was responsible for guiding and overseeing a dedicated team of UX and UI designers.
Our collaborative efforts included the creation of sitemaps, user journey planning, wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing.
Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in organising stakeholder workshops and client sign-off meetings, ensuring that our solutions aligned with Bupa's vision and requirements.
